Your salary is processed in your browser and on our server during the calculation and is never logged on our servers. For convenience, your most recent inputs (including salary) are saved in your browser's local storage so you don't have to re-enter them. This data never leaves your device.

We use PostHog for privacy-friendly analytics to understand how the service is used. Analytics data is hosted in the United States. We track:

• Page views and navigation patterns
• Anonymous interaction events (e.g., button clicks)
• General usage metrics to improve the app

We never track your salary amounts or other financial data entered into the calculator.
